1. All Sales Final

1.1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your purchased item is defective. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at service@magegamers.com with details of the product and the defect within 15 days of receipt.

2. Returns Due to Defects or Damage

2.1. If your item is defective, we require proof of purchase and photographic evidence. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item. If required, In some cases we may just issue you a refund.

2.2. Approved returns must be returned to us within 15 days of approval. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Approval Process

3.1. To request a return due to a defect or damage, please contact our customer service team at Service@MageGamers.com. Please provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Product name and quantity

  • Reason for return

  • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage

3.2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions. We reserve the right to approve returns.

4. Conditions of Return

4.1. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

4.2. If required, We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all returns. 

5. Refunds

5.1. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
